Is there a name for the self-reinforcing phenomenon that 1) AI learns from certain images, 2) produces AI images that enter the image pool (not marked as AI), and then starts learning from 3) that pool that now includes AI images?

A wide range of PDs are more likely to result in all-cause death in people with pre-existing SMDs. This premature mortality cannot be fully explained by having more clinically recorded PDs, suggesting that PDs are more likely to be fatally harmful in this patient group.

For most associations, particularly those related to cardiovascular diseases and cancers, the results remained robust after considering the potentially confounding role of somatic multimorbidity, disorders due to substance use, the number of hospital admissions and other factors.

Tried new Sicilian spaghetti recipe where you first fry raw pasta with oil, and then add spices and water. Bit like risotto, but it’s supposed to 🔥 before you add bits of water. Add lots of 🌶️, 🍅 paste, and 🧄. Serve finish with mozzarella or burrata. Win.

Systemic efforts are needed to fully reverse the risk attributable to long-term, structural processes affecting health of people with psychotic and substance use disorders. To reduce these disparities, inclusion of these people in future vaccination campaigns is imperative.

The consistently increased vulnerability beyond vaccination uptake and clinically recorded physical comorbidity aligns with existing evidence on fatal health inequalities in people with psychotic and substance use disorders.
