i haven’t measured my height since like early high school since my mom kept telling me i probably wouldn’t grow more but i measured it a few days ago and at some point i grew to 5’5” 😎

It’s pissing me off how no one understands “high res”=high restriction=LOWER INTAKE, and “low res”=low restriction=HIGHER INTAKE. Ex: If I’m “high res,” I’m RESTRICTING myself from eating more. If I’m “low res,” I’m ALLOWING myself to eat more.

@mtndew0kitty @pinkiebratt i feel like that’s a bit more confusing tho, cuz if you use high res to mean high cal limit then what does ‘res’ even stand for at that point ya know? i think high restriction meaning a lot of restriction with a low cal limit just makes more sense linguistically and logically

@pinkiebratt The older ED spaces went by high res = high cal, low res = low cal. The new version makes sense too, but the old one is easier to remember and looks better. Idk why y'all decided to change it all the sudden. Why can't we just say high=high, low=low, it's so much simpler 😭
