July is typically the low month of the year, and that holds true for July 2025. Though July 2025 is still 10 percent ahead of July 2024 re: wagering activity.

-June 2025's gross handle is 2.5% more than the same month last year. -June's gross handle took wagering activity in FY25 over the $5.5B mark. -June's privilege taxes assessed on licensed sportsbooks took TN above $100M in a fiscal year for the first time since legalization.

May's Gaming Report - Privilege taxes collected for FY25 (through May) are $96.9M, so with one month to go in the fiscal year the State is likely to collect >$100M in privilege taxes for all of FY25. The State collected $87.6M from licensed sportsbooks in FY24.
