babies who love going on nostalgia trips involving cartoons , snacks , toys , games , n more from their childhood • caregiver who sets up their safe-space to look like their favorite childhood memory to help their tiny heal happily

tiny who talks about their current game hyperfixiation & all their fav things to do / explore within that wondrous littl world ! • caretaker who surprises their littl love by playing th same game to show they are listening & wanting to connect !

my current way of regressing has been through collecting seals on adopt me

tiny who collects plushies ! happily making them bracelets n dressing them up to take them out on little day trips ! • caretaker who surprises their tiny and wears an accessory or something similar to their little's favorite plush pal

helpin a grumpy pup get their frustration out by playin tug of war ! softly pullin on your end of the toy while they chomp and shake their head around until those feelings subside. watchin them tire out as you cuddle them close and begin talkin about what made them feel this way

tiny who notice their cg is stressed / upset handing them toys n talkin softly as their ma / pa turns into their own baby . hosting a playdate filled with both babies favorite activities n melting those yucky feelings away slowly but surely !

tinies who play doctor wif their caretaker , using small wooden / plastic tools to make all the boo boos disappear magically ! • caretaker who continuously gets bopped with a plastic reflex tool while getting covered in band - aids

tiny that pet regresses n speaks in barks , whimpers , n playful growls ! • caretaker who smiles n goes * gasp * " now what does that mean ?! " before sittin down n pattin their lap to learn this new language ! 🐾

papa / mama that gives their tiny a bath n makes sure they know this environment is safe ! humming softly while massaging the shampoo into their tiny's hair, happily splashing water at their baby to show them it's okay to be silly n have fun !

what regression is for me 🐞 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - as someone who is a perma regressor it's somethin slightly different than it is for most ! yes it's a way to cope but it's also a way to truly give m self the life i never had ! m and child alters involved have created such a comforting environment that was never accessible growin up n i'm so proud n happy to share that with all of you today ! younger m was shamed due to never growin up properly but i learned to put that aside ! this is m day to day life now ! yes i still do m adult tasks n take care of mself n situations but there will always be a whimsical aspect to it ! i know some within the community are still ashamed to regress but i promise if it's helping n making you feel safe you aren't doing anything wrong once so ever ! please remember to take care of yourselves n give yourself grace especially with the small things !

tiny who cant fall asleep alone but has no caregiver to watch over or comfort them so their friends come together for an online sleep - over ! watchin shows / movies , playin games , introducing stuffies to each other before slowly gettin sleepy n able to drift away comfortably all together !
