@FedExHelp I’ve given tracking numbers to a dozen people! That doesn’t fix the problem! I need to speak to an actual human at the hub, so they can find my house for ALL the shipments.

The @FedEx @FedExHelp shipping hub in Twinsburg Ohio provides the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE of all! And they don’t allow customers to even call them for assistance! Well done! Well done. Keep up the great work @amazon. You are killing it!!
