Still waiting... It's 6:30pm on a Friday... on Valentine's Day. I asked them to change the hearing date, they wouldn't. I asked them to let me observe, they said no. And after all that, they still don't have the decency to tell me what's going on.

It’s almost 6pm and still no one has informed me of the decision yet. If you’re going to deny me access to the hearing, at least tell me promptly whether or not my rapist will be released. Making me wait like this is cruel and unnecessary.

Tomorrow, on Valentine’s Day, a parole board will decide whether to release my rapist. He has served only 2 years and 6 months. I applied to observe the hearing and my request was denied. Behind closed doors, a life-changing decision will be made. I pray it’s the right one.

Can’t wait to celebrate with you all on Broad Street. Let’s enjoy this and do it all over again!

I dont have words to explain how grateful i am. It was fucking HELL going through 3 15 hour surgeries, losing my pelvis, hip, and ability to walk. I laid on the couch for 4 months each recovery on 0% weight balance. Crutches, walker, cane, wheelchair. To watch my team win the super bowl in person. I can die happy a happy woman 😭

Next Friday is Valentine’s Day. It’s also the day my rapist will be considered for parole. The abuse I suffered and the justice system has taken so much from me already, I didn’t want to lose yet another special occasion so I’m celebrating this weekend. So, happy early Valentines 💘🥂
