Ini baru reformasi institusi! Tahniah YBM @DrZalihaMustafa dan YAB PM @anwaribrahim kerana serius melantik orang yang betul di tempat yang betul. Sebagai wanita pertama dilantik sebagai Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Datuk Seri Dr Maimunah Mohd Sharif juga merupakan wanita Asia pertama memegang jawatan Pengarah Eksekutif United Nations Human Settlement Programme (UN-Habitat). Beliau yang berkelulusan Ijazah Sarjana Muda Sains (Perancangan Bandar) dari University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology, United Kingdom dan Ijazah Sarjana Sains (Perancangan Bandar) di Universiti Sains Malaysia mempunyai pengalaman selama 39 tahun dalam perancangan bandar, penjanaan semula bandar dan pembangunan yang diterajui komuniti.
