@torturedtoffee If he goes to Spurs it will be because they offered Southampton what they wanted and we were not in a position to do that. Also, he can play CL there. The ‘PR disaster’ is largely out of the clubs control. Journalists feed into dopamine fuelled frenzy on twitter and fans gorge.

If Dibling ends up at Spurs, that’s a PR disaster for Everton and the Friedkin’s having so publicly chased then bid on the player.

@Sean_Lunt Don’t understand why he spent the game fighting with centre backs instead of getting in the spaces between them, playing on the shoulder etc.

I know and understand many Everton fans' frustration wtih Beto but questions needs to be asked about how the side plays with him. They absolutely don't use him to their advantage or play to his strengths, despite seemingly realising what they are last season. It's maddening.
