As we recover from Friday’s storm, we’re monitoring another system expected tonight and tomorrow that may cause additional outages. Our crews will stay focused on repairs from Friday’s storm first + will work 24/7 until all customers affected by either event have power restored.

As local power lines are repaired and put back in service, damage to individual customer service wires may become apparent. If your neighbor's power is on and yours is not, the problem may be isolated to your individual service. If this happens, please let us know ⤵️

If you receive a call or text that power has been restored but you remain without service, a secondary issue may need to be addressed. We know this can be frustrating, but confirming your power is still out allows crews to continue addressing the cause of your outage. ⤵️

Safety is our top priority. Follow these tips: ✔️ Stay 30+ feet away from downed power lines + report them to 911 ✔️ Keep generators outside and away from windows/vents ✔️ Do not use your oven or stove for heat ✔️ Use flashlights and battery-powered lanterns instead of candles

After a storm, we first clear hazards like downed lines. Once it's safe, we assess damage so our crews can make repairs. Then: 1️⃣ High-voltage lines that provide electricity to local lines 2️⃣ Public service facilities 3️⃣ Outages with the most customers 4️⃣ Individual customers

The ongoing high winds could slow restoration efforts, as crews cannot safely work in buckets when wind speeds exceed 40 mph. Our top priority is safety, and we appreciate your patience while they work to restore service as it’s safe to do so.

Today’s high winds – which reached 60-70 mph in some areas – have caused significant damage. The winds will begin to die down as the night goes on, but we expect gusts to continue into tomorrow morning. Crews are addressing broken poles, fallen trees, downed wires and more.
