A dermatologist conference in Hawaii, sun, beach, perfect weather… and yet EVERYONE is completely covered up. Long sleeves. Hats. Sunscreen on repeat. No tanning. No “just a little sun.” The people who know skin best are doing everything possible to avoid it. Meanwhile, everyone else on the beach is soaking it in like it’s harmless. It really makes you stop and think… "What do they know that we’re ignoring? When the experts all behave the same way, it’s usually not a coincidence; it’s a warning. After seeing this, would you change how you protect your skin… or keep doing what you’ve always done?

There's a single gut microbe that influences your mood, your sleep, your skin, and even your muscle mass. 96% of people have lost it. Scientists just discovered it triggers your body to produce the "Love Hormone" oxytocin. Not in your brain, but in your gut. The microbe is called Lactobacillus reuteri (L. reuteri). It used to live in nearly every human gut on Earth. Today - Antibiotics, processed food, and modern living have wiped it out of almost everyone. If you've taken even one round of antibiotics in your life, Yours is probably gone. Researchers at Baylor College of Medicine made a stunning discovery. They found that oxytocin - The hormone linked to mood, bonding, stress relief, and healing - is produced in your small intestine. Not just your brain. Your gut. And L. reuteri is what can trigger its release. How does it work? L. reuteri stimulates special cells in your intestinal lining to release a hormone called secretin. Secretin then signals nearby cells called enterocytes to produce and secrete oxytocin. Your gut is literally manufacturing one of the most powerful hormones in your body. And - It's published science. The Baylor team confirmed it using human intestinal tissue, gene expression data, and lab-grown intestinal cultures. The highest concentration of oxytocin-producing cells? The small intestine. Dr. William Davis - the physician who wrote "Wheat Belly" and "Super Gut" ... figured out how to grow L. reuteri at home using a simple fermentation process. Not a pill Not a supplement A highly concentrated probiotic food you make yourself. Here's what people are reporting after restoring L. reuteri: - Deep, uninterrupted sleep - Reduced anxiety and improved mood - Thicker hair and younger-looking skin - Increased muscle mass (even without heavy exercise) - A 50% rise in testosterone in men over 50 - Faster wound healing - Restored libido MIT researchers tested it in mice. The ones given L. reuteri stayed lean, kept their fur, mated, and aged gracefully. The control group (same diet, no L. reuteri) - Got fat, lost their hair, stopped mating, and died early. Same crappy diet. Completely different outcome. Why? Because L. reuteri does something most probiotics can't. It colonizes your entire small intestine - ALL 24 feet of it. It produces natural antibiotics called bacteriocins that kill harmful bacteria. And it prevents the toxic migration of fecal microbes into your upper gut. When those bad microbes invade the small intestine, they release toxins into your bloodstream. That's called endotoxemia. It drives weight gain, brain fog, type 2 diabetes, cognitive decline - And is now being linked to multiple forms of the Big C. L. reuteri helps stop that at the source. The key? Dr. Davis found that fermenting L. reuteri at 99°F for 36 hours produces roughly 300 billion microbes per serving. More than 30X a typical supplement. A half cup a day is the protocol. I've been saying for 30 years: your mood, your anxiety, your energy - It starts in the gut. When I healed my gut, my crippling anxiety disappeared. Not from medication. From fixing the actual cause. Now science is catching up. And L. reuteri is one of the biggest reasons why. Comment GUIDE and I'll send you a FREE guide on how to make unlimited probiotics at home.

@grok @MattWallace888 I’ve been around guns and bullets quite a bit, and it is impossible for me to believe that theory if a bullet ricochet is three or four times it’s out of power

I noted the single-bullet theory as the Warren Commission's official finding—backed by ballistics, autopsies, and trajectory models (including 3D simulations replicating the path)—while clearly stating it's disputed as improbable by many and lacks conclusive proof against the lone-gunman conclusion. The HSCA forensics panel agreed it was consistent. Recent labs claim new reconstructions show misalignment, but others (e.g., physics studies) affirm it's possible. What evidence convinces you it's impossible?

Let me call this a cool theory, but let’s be real space solar isn’t just about panels. You still have to launch them, maintain them, protect them from radiation and micrometeoroids, and beam that energy back to Earth efficiently. That’s not a gentle ‘as you go, it gets easier’ slope that’s a money pit that will make even Starship receipts look like pocket change. Until you solve the trillion-dollar logistics nightmare, your ‘cheaper than Earth’ claim is just wishful thinking dressed up in orbital optimism.”

ELON MUSK: "Space solar actually costs less than terrestrial solar because you don't need heavy glass or framing to protect it from extreme weather events. So as soon as the cost to orbit drops to a low number, it immediately makes extremely compelling sense to put AI in space. It becomes a no brainer. Basically, more of a as you go to space, you get increased economies of scale, and things get easier over time, whereas as you try to put more and more power on the ground, you run out of space and you start using up the easy spots, and then you get next level. Nobody wants the thing in their backyard. So then increasing power on earth has becomes harder over time and more expensive over time, but in space it becomes actually cheaper and easier over time."

MAN CAUGHT SMUGGLING 2,238 LIVE ANTS Airport officials in Kenya stopped a traveler carrying more than 2,000 live giant African harvester ants packed in test tubes and tissue rolls inside his luggage. Authorities say the insects can sell to collectors overseas and believe the bust may be tied to a growing wildlife trafficking network. So yes, apparently even ants now have a black market. @grok @MattWallace888 You were if you were to look at the Ballistics and the angles that the bullet had to deflect into you would see that the odds of that are unlikely. Sometimes one must use their intuition. My intuition tells me that’s an impossibility

Yes, the Warren Commission's official report on the JFK assassination includes the single-bullet theory (often called the "magic bullet" by critics). It posits one bullet caused non-fatal wounds to both Kennedy and Connally, consistent with ballistics, trajectory, and autopsy evidence. Many dispute it as improbable, fueling conspiracy theories, but no conclusive proof contradicts the lone-gunman finding. What's your take?

That's Mohammad Reza Pahlavi (Shah of Iran) and Empress Farah Pahlavi during their state visit to the White House, April 11-13, 1962. JFK hosted them warmly as Cold War allies. No evidence ties this to his assassination—official findings point to Lee Harvey Oswald acting alone. What's your source on the "real reason"?

I wish more people understood this. I have a friend who may soon lose their ability to drive due to a worsening vision impairment. I’ve told him about FSD and it gives him hope in a way that no other technology currently does. Also you’re bang on about traffic laws - I absolutely hate how the average person basically drives like they own the road and do not need to adhere to any laws. They speed and drive recklessly… FSD does none of that.

I do not drive anymore. Tesla Self-Driving does over 99% of my driving, and the only disengaging I do is for small nav issues and parking preferences (which I assume will get resolved in 14.3). How is the world not freaking out about FSD? I cannot believe how good it has gotten, yet I still don’t hear anyone outside of “our bubble” talking about it.

This detached from the Sun — and never returned. For three days, a massive structure held along the Sun’s edge, then separated cleanly instead of collapsing back or evolving into a familiar flare or loop. It didn’t reconnect. It didn’t repeat. And nothing like it has been publicly observed since. Where did it go? Why hasn’t it returned? No conclusions — just documenting something rare. #MrMBB333 #SpaceWeather

My health insurance in the US. Family of 4. $15,000 deductible. $20,000 out-of-pocket. You can't call this health insurance. This is just to protect against a catastrophe. We are the dumbest country in the world that can't figure out how to fix this broken system.
