Christ said to carry our Cross daily, not Mon-Fri, or when you feel motivated. Too many guys are looking for the easy way out when it gets hard, the worldly consolation, the pleasures of the flesh. Stay locked in bro. Carry it daily. His yoke is easy and His burden is light if you commit to carrying it with love and devotion

The Real Reason Jews Rejected Christ -why the resurrection cannot be fully understood without the Old Testament -how Christ fulfills and completes the Passover, not just symbolically but literally -why there was no sacrificial lamb at the Last Supper -the real reason most Jews did not accept Christ as Messiah -the parable of the vineyard and what it reveals about salvation history - why Christianity did not appear out of nowhere but is the fulfillment of everything that came before it

The devil wants you to believe the Eucharist is just a symbol. God has sent you miracles so you may not be deceived by Satan’s lies.

"Truly, truly, I say to you, one of you will betray me... Simon Peter said to him, 'Lord, where are you going?' Jesus answered him, 'Where I am going you cannot follow me now, but you will follow afterward. Peter said to him, 'Lord, why can I not follow you now? I will lay down my life for you? Jesus answered, 'Will you lay down your life for me? Truly, truly, I say to you, the rooster will not crow till you have denied me three times.'" - Jn 13:21, 36-38 "Peter fell, but he did not despair. He wept, and in weeping he washed away his sin. Learn from him not to despair in your own weakness, but to rise again." - St. Ambrose of Milan

People try and brute force virtue without accounting for the level of influence their environment has on them. There's a reason why Christ instituted a church, a body of believers, and why concepts like "ocassion of sin" exist." Your physical environment has a lot of VOTING POWER on whether or not you choose rightly. Fix it!

4 Habits for Sunday That Will Change Your Life #1 Prayer - Yes, please attend Mass or your Church service. If you’re feeling tired, go to an early Mass, so then you can prioritise recovery afterwards! A big sleep in will disrupt your circadian rhythm and leave you feeling worse. I recommend spending at least 15 minutes in COMPLETE SILENCE with Our Lord in addition to Mass or your Church service, that way you truly have time to listen, and rest in Him and His Word. 🙏 #2 Stretching and light recovery - instead of not moving the whole day, go for a light walk, do some stretching and mobility work. Helps get the blood flowing and helps you recover, especially if you are sore from sports or a big week of training! Great time to practice breathwork and intentionally winding down the body. I’m definitely still feeling my legs from squats yesterday. #3 Most people miss this one - PLANNING for next week. Your schedule might be the same, but where are some areas you can improve on? What are some tweaks and corrections you need to implement? For me it’s more intentionality with my engagement with stories as well as creating some more back end support for myself in systems and daily check-ins with myself. Without any adjustments, you will be stuck with the EXACT SAME results and performance as always. 📋 #4 Sunlight. SUNMAXXING. ☀️ Huge proponent of this primarily due to health reasons, its benefit for mental health and skin, it will also help you STRENGTHEN your circadian rhythm, that way your cortisol releases earlier in the day and the sleep hormone melatonin begins releasing when it gets darker at 6pm, and you can line yourself up for a good recovery sleep before hitting the grind again on Monday. 5:30 start for me, some quick morning prayers and yerba mate Work 6:15-8:20 Breakfast now, starting with yogurt and berries will have some eggs later. Priorities for me today are working on my social media plan for next week, unfortunately did not hit my targets this week, was under the pump with study so I want to be on the front foot with my planning Will also get a good stretching session in and hopefully some sunmaxxing if the sun comes out. Nap too to rest the body. And finally some reading, have been doing reading for class but very little intentional or leisure reading so there are a few essays I want to be able to PERUSE in a timely fashion which I am looking foward to. And time with my wife too. Vigil Mass last night AMDG

You need more pressure in life. Commit to the workout routine. To the diet. Take a part time or full time course for a new skill or degree. Work full time. Post on social media. Read. You'll turn around in a year or two and be unrecognizable. God blesses those who invest their talents.

It's over. The Spanish state murdered her. They coerced a mentally ill woman into assisted suicide because she had depression after being raped in a state-run facility by MENA migrant minors after being kidnapped from her parents. This is literal communism.

You do not wait to feel the reverence and then kneel. You kneel, and the reverence follows. The body teaches the soul.

Something I have been thinking about the past few days, the importance of having your WHY present in your mind as much as possible. Clarified, written down, internalised, so whenever you are tempted to deviate from the path its easy to correct because your north star is present In the moment of temptation your feelings will lie to you. They will tell you that this time does not matter. That you are tired, that you deserve it, that the version of yourself you are trying to build is a fantasy and this right here is reality. And if all you have in that moment is willpower, you are going to lose. Willpower alone is not enough because willpower is a feeling too, and feelings are exactly what the moment is designed to override. The only thing that holds in the moment of temptation is a why that was settled long before the temptation arrived. Written into you at a deep enough level that when everything else is loud and pulling and convincing, there is something underneath it that does not move. Your why is the man you are in the process of becoming. Not abstractly. Concretely. The man at thirty who did not fold in his twenties. The man who can be trusted with a woman, with children, with responsibility, because he proved to himself in the small hidden moments that he does not quit when it costs him. That man is being built right now, today, in what you do when no one is watching and everything in you wants to give in. Every time you HOLD THE LINE you are laying one more stone. Every time you fold you are pulling one out. The building is real even when you cannot see it. St. Paul understood this. He said to run the race in such a way as to win. Not to participate. Not to try. To win. That requires knowing exactly what you are running toward before the race gets hard, because when it gets hard you will not have the capacity to figure it out. The why must already be there, settled and clear, so that in the worst moment of the race it is the thing your mind reaches for rather than the exit. NAME the man you are becoming. Specifically. Then when the moment comes and your feelings start making their case, recall that man and ask yourself which one of you is making this decision right now.
