No todos serán juzgados igual: los palestinos pasan por tribunales militares donde muchas confesiones se obtienen bajo tortura. En esos tribunales, será obligatoria la horca para quienes hayan sido condenados por matar a ciudadanos israelíes. En cambio, los israelíes, incluidos los colonos, van a tribunales civiles, donde no será obligatorio aplicar la pena de muerte aunque hayan asesinado. Es decir: mismo delito, distinta justicia.
