Many founders think, with a sense of self-satisfaction, that they are addicted to work. In reality, they are addicted to the feeling of doing work. This is an important difference.

Outreach is like an infinite depth pool. There's essentially no limit on the number of conversations to have. If you can’t find prospects, you’re not trying hard enough or being creative enough.

If in doubt when coding, don't use AI. AI is a multiplier. If you don't know what you want to do, it will multiply your doubt.
