@mothercareuk it wouldn't allow us to unfold it and therefore had to hire out a pram whilst we was there. I was just wondering is it 12 months warranty you have on your purchases and if so how do we go by getting it either fixed or replaced. Many thanks. Tom.

@mothercareuk Hi my partner bought a pram from yourselves in Jan 2018, her little girl wasn't born until the second of April, and the pram wasn't used atleast two weeks after that. We went on a day trip to Chester zoo and found out when we got there that the pram had broke (1/2)

@virginmedia About two or three weeks ago, told me to monitor it, still no improvement.

@virginmedia Sure have, still no difference.

@virginmedia I'll give them a call once I'm home, be the second time though, last time I rang they changed the settings around and did a diagnosis and it's still not working probably.

@virginmedia Unfortunately you'll be closed by the time I get home and able to test again, I'm averaging around 20mb max on this line whilst my next door neighbor is hitting 150mb average.

@virginmedia Sluggish? Mate that's past sluggish, I'm paying for a 100mb line. And I'm in work at the moment so wouldn't be able to check the speeds at this moment
