@Amina_io Personal choice is just that: personal, and we owe each other civility and grace whether we understand each other’s choices or not. Insults and threats have never changed anyone’s mind anyway.

@Amina_io It’s fine to have personal boundaries for relationships so long as the person is clear about what they won’t tolerate. However, I draw the line at trying to dictate what other people do in their relationships. Some people consider porn as cheating but it isn’t everybody’s view.

I think Zoomer women hate porn because it makes them feel bad. sure, some of them probably read Andrea Dworkin or whatever, but a lot of it is just insecurity. and the insecurity is irrational. your bf isn't going to leave you for the sexy lady from the video. but our modern culture has a low tolerance for irrationality. so it ends up with this weird intellectualization of emotions.

@Amina_io As the first generation with everyone growing up on the internet, that instant gratification makes people demanding at times and this extends to many interpersonal interactions. If someone dislikes something, no one is allowed to do it whether this actually affects them or not

@kevinbaum013 I think people sometimes forget you still have to change your lifestyle in other ways to maximize the potency of these drugs for weight loss. I’m not on a GLP-1 but I’ve met people who are and they still track calories, go to the gym, etc.

I take Zepbound. I've lost about 100 pounds and am no longer prediabetic. If you don't like that, you may want to do some introspection as to why you don't want someone to improve their health. I don't care what anyone else thinks of it and neither should you.
