@classic_film I refused to watch the edited versions in syndication even though I loved this series when an hour on Friday nights at 10 pm.

Probably when it syndicated. ABC ran repeats in the daytime (12:30 EST?) for a while. It edited the show into a half-hour.

@classic_film I love Sue Lyon in this. Around this time, she almost became Warren Beatty’s Bonnie Parker until Arthur Penn brought Faye Dunaway to Beatty’s attention.

Watched a favorite movie today: The Flim-Flam Man (1967). George C. Scott deserved an Oscar nom, but the veteran supporting cast is great, too: Harry Morgan, Strother Martin, Slim Pickens, Jack Albertson, and Albert Salmi.
