@Elite30days Interesting article IMO because there's a great deal of nonsense in it, you make a lot of good points and the key for any firm to be successful is to blend technology with people skills, buying and selling is hugely emotive. You're not buying a coffee machine from Amazon!!!

That can be restrictive so the concept of taking a solution or piece of tech and slotting that into your ecosystem or infrastructure should be appealing on the basis that the firm controls their journey not system supplier.

@tomlyestc @CLConveyancers And this is also a bit of a problem, because many legal firms will look for a comprehensive solution and will want to avoid using multiple systems.
