Still at the side of the road with no update

@TheRAC_UK - very disappointed to be told it will take 7 hours to recover our car and family (inc 2 <5yrs kids) from side of the motorway.. not really sure what to do now. Should we wait till 1am (estimated arrival time) or try and recover ourselves?
