Stepping into a full-time role with Dignitas as "Content Manager" 💛 Full-time opportunities in esports are rare, and I don’t take that lightly. I’m incredibly grateful for the chance to keep building with an organization I’ve already poured so much into. A huge thank you to @50taruns for taking a chance on me back in September with little to no experience working inside of an esports organization and trusting me to lead our short form content division. Since then, that trust has turned into opportunities to help shape nearly every part of what we do across the Dignitas Fortnite program, including producing TikToks, YouTube videos, and live streams, leading event production, managing sponsor deliverables, and spearheading our podcast, which has become a major weekly driver for the brand. This path has taken a lot of trial and error, a lot of risk, and a lot of betting on myself. From freelance work, casting, and creating my own content, to reinvesting everything I had back into learning and improving — every sacrifice led here. Grateful for the opportunity. @TeamYouTube We’re experiencing a wave of incorrect channel terminations across multiple creators we manage, with different enforcement reasons applied inconsistently and no meaningful warning or clarification. StealTheBrainrotFan (5M monthly views, active for 5+ months) was terminated first. Enforcement then spread to Steal The Brainrot (100K+ subs) and VerySpicyGames (10K subs), a channel with no relation, shared ownership, or coordinated activity. All affected channels post Fortnite Creative gameplay Shorts designed to showcase in-game mechanics. No scams, no reuploads, no policy evasion. This exact Shorts format is widely used and monetized on YouTube, including videos with millions of views using the same structure and audio (example: youtube.com/shorts/SYuAg-1… — 7.3M views). This appears to be a systemic false-positive issue that’s causing real harm to legitimate creators and businesses. We urgently need human review and direct contact.

2025 was a really big year for me and for NextLVL. I’ve been in this space for over 2.5 years now, and for a long time it felt like I was just trying to figure things out... Testing ideas, making mistakes, pissing off clients, learning what actually works, and questioning myself along the way. This year was different. It was the year things finally started to click. We dialed in our systems, improved our creative, learned how to truly support creators long term, and built something sustainable instead of chasing short-term wins and $$. This year alone, we generated 400,000,000+ views across our client pages, creating EFFECTIVE content that'd persuade a viewer to play a Fortnite map. But more than the numbers, I’m proud of the people behind it. The clients who trusted us, the team that showed up every day, and everyone who stuck around while we figured things out. There were plenty of failures, lessons, and moments where things didn’t go how we planned, but that’s part of building something real. I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who’s watched my content, worked with us, and believed in what we’re building. This year proved we’re on the right path, and I’m excited for what’s next.
