@BGatesIsaPyscho Every one of them has a diesel engine to start them. They also require a huge amount of petroleum products to make the parts and components. The whole wind power system is a scam that pays politicians who are heavily invested in the companies that produce them.

These Wind Turbines are in Scotland. They require Diesel Generators to power them as they continue to cut down Birds. What an absolute SCAM.

@BGatesIsaPyscho Most people don't realise that to start the turbines moving they draw power from the grid. It's a bit like saying the wind on it's own will make a plane take off sat on a runway without using the engines. Its called inertia. Once spinning wind needs to be more than 2.5m/s to run.

@mandy83906280 @BGatesIsaPyscho Trust me, that oil won't be getting changed regularly. samples will be taken at set intervals,results from the lab that will determine the condition of the oil. The filters will be replaced first, then the gearbox oil filtered, then resembled, then changed if needed.

@BGatesIsaPyscho Wind turbines need 700 litres of oil for their gear boxes and the oil has to be changed regularly! Not very eco friendly!

Boston is a legend of the game who overcame prejudice to represent Great Britain and opened the door to a more diverse game. He has left a truly enduring legacy. The first knighthood in rugby league could not go to a more deserving player.

@antoniabance An apprenticeship is a good path for people who want to learn a trade... not for people who don't want to learn..The apprentices can go on to gain higher qualifications but still can't read or write to a good standard and can count the days of the week.. well in labour.

Good news! The Labour government are removing the requirement that adults over 19 have to get a Level 2 English and Maths (=GCSE pass) in order to complete an apprenticeship - a massive barrier in Tipton, Wednesbury and Coseley where 25% of adults don’t have those qualifications

@GethinJones123 Try the Contigo flasks. I use two, one each for daily hot and cold drinks, brew is still drinkable at lunch time and with ice the cold is nice after 10 hours.

Drat! My #StanleyFlask has given up keeping liquids hot. Every time I try using it, the body feels warm after a couple of minutes as the heat from the contents dissipates. I wish I’d kept the receipt... 😕
