So Iowa doesn’t want to pay the new OC more than what Brian was making because then they’d make more than Phil. Here’s a novel idea, double Phil’s salary (he’s earned it) and then can pay the new OC $1.5 million (still cheap in today’s market). Iowa has the damn money.

50-0 Is this the best team in Iowa history? Hard to say… but you’d have a hard time convincing me they’re not top-3.

@owensiebring Lost one set all year to 5A runner up. 50 wins and Zero losses. 36 of those wins to teams that were in state tournament. Many of those wins were to highly ranked teams in all classes…..including MANY of the best 5A teams in the state. Hard to argue with Owen & Woodley

@PKeckeisen I don’t want to be negative or critical but I do hope something is done SOON to provide a really good program what they need!!! SOON!! The fact that they dont have the resources that other D1 schools have and they still represent so incredibly well is amazing.

We need to shake things up in a BIG way!! Mistakes, lousy chemistry, and inconsistency in the lineup and production define the Cardinals . Ollie has to go!!

Cardinals are awful. Marmol needs to go. No chemistry or consistency in the lineup. Keep waiting for them to turn it around but doesn’t seem to be happening. Ugh!!
