Got squeezed by the upside down face kid driving the 18 on the second lap coming out of turn 4. It knocked the fender in which cut down the LF tire going into turn 1. Bad day. Hard hit. On to Rockingham.

Gabehart/Spire filed responses to JGR motion for prelim injunction. Main issues:
-JGR: Gabehart role similar to JGR. Spire: More owner/big-picture focused than day-to-day competition.
-JGR: It'd be hurt if info gets to Spire/Hendrick. Spire: It has no need for that info. (1/3)

P9 in @LeagueNitro could've been a bit faster, but that is whatever. I'm so proud of everyone Full 40 Driver field, 167 laps, NO CAUTIONS, great racing through the whole field. One of those races that just brings a smile to my face tbh.

I’ve contemplated whether or not to speak on this, but my heart is telling me I should. I’m going to start off by saying I am by no means perfect. Nobody is. I got back into racing 5 years ago and since then I have learned a lot and I’m still learning everyday. With that being said, as a woman in motorsports, I feel it’s my responsibility to be a role model for young and upcoming women in this sport. I was a Division I cheerleader in college, and my job was to represent the University at the highest level. Every move you make someone is watching. On and off the field. The same applies in racing. People are always watching: sponsors, teams, fans, and kids. I work hard every day to earn respect in this sport. The only way that happens is through on track performance and that’s my main focus. I look forward to the day when a female driver in racing isn’t different, it’s expected. I understand how difficult it is to secure sponsorship in this sport. I’m fully funded based on the partners I bring in each year. It’s a grind and I know many others are in the same position. I made a promise to myself that I would do it the right way. In 10 years I want to look back and be proud of how I carried myself and hope that I inspired young girls along the way, even if that means I don’t make it as far in the sport as I hope I do. This is not to bring hate to anyone but rather to speak on a topic that is important to me. Please be kind. ♥️

Lotta chatter on the race last night. I'm not complaining because I think Cup even racing at Bowman Grey period is badass. I appreciate Nascar working to get a finish. The weather was an issue and I'm glad they pushed through instead of giving up. I don't like allowing the field to fuel when others had opted to put themselves at an advantage in that area. But it doesn't ruin the night for me. It was an exhibition and I was entertained. Appreciate the entire industry dealing with all the inconveniences to make the event happen.

Would be refreshing to get a Daytona 500 finish like this again instead of a 20 car pile up on the last lap and the winner is determined by whole sneaked by first. I wanna see a clean Daytona 500 race in general. Hasn't happened since 2016. I would definitely take a 2004 type 500
