We have been made aware that the Advanced Custom Fields plugin on the WordPress directory has been taken over by WordPress dot org. A plugin under active development has never been unilaterally and forcibly taken away from its creator without consent in the 21 year history of WordPress.

Great day at the @London10K today despite a 5:15am alarm call on a bank holiday. Worth it though! I first did this event in 2011 and have run most years since, so come come back after a 3 year gap and run a PB at my ripe old age was a surprise to say the least! 37:11 today.

Tomorrow at 10 AM I'm gonna have another crack at the Wainwrights before my time as a UK resident comes to an end. 214 peaks in the Lake District, ~500 km w/ ~35K meters of ascent. The saying is "go big or go home." Guess I might as well do both. 😉 live.opentracking.co.uk/jkw2022/

1st lady and (I think) 6th overall 🤯 at the Derwentwater Dawdle this morning. Such a great event with some killer ascents. Conditions were perfect, as was the post race pie. Thanks @AscendRuns 🏔☀️

@nuddypants That’s pretty good going. It’s about 5-6 from here ☹️ yes! 50 this year though which is a change but it’s too close to the CCC to do the 100 (which I’ll miss doing after 3 consecutive)

@tomwake Oh i bet. It’s not too bad from mine actually, I can usually do it in 2 hours (although it took 3 this evening 😩) so it’s do-able for a short weekender. Are you in for Lakeland this year?

Arrived in Keswick to a cute little view from my B&B, had a nice walk down to the lake where the Lakesman 70.3 swim will be in a couple of months time, then sat on a bench and ate my standard ‘night before event’ tea. Winner of a Friday evening 😍

@nuddypants Yeah 9 Peak - I had the 9 Baro before. Not sure why I don’t use the touch screen much, just always gravitated to the buttons like an old Casio 😂

@tomwake I didn’t like the touch screen part of it at all. It was really laggy and not smooth to use. Is yours the same model?

Wrote up a review for the Suunto I’ve been using for a few weeks. It did have a few good points, but would I buy one…?! There’s better options out there IMO.
