Who exactly are Harry and Meghan representing in Jordan? They're no longer working royals, so no government or Crown is backing them. Archewell is barely active and its finances are shrouded in mystery as they refuse to be transparent. So what's the real purpose of this trip? If they want to do things privately - knock yourself out. But these 'humanitarian' trips scream self-branding. They come with cameras and a small press pack, using vulnerable people for a photo op. It changes nothing on the ground for those in need, so what do they think they're actually achieving other than PR for themselves?
