Surely everyone posting in English about anything other than their national politics has at least close to half or more of an American audience? YouTube solves this problem quite easily as advertising dollars from the third world are worth less. I doubt Nikita would ever artificially make third world impressions worth less, but this change is weird and forced, punishing those from small nations posting in English (most of continental Europe) whose impressions aren’t worth less than those of the third world. The X premium price is already weighted depending on where you’re from, just do it by that. Third world is worth less. X’s own pricing already reflects this ‘racist’ reality.
