@kyle_morton9 @MikeBartner For Canes it might be better to overpay. Canes are possibly 1-2 additions away being competitive against the top teams. This year is special with the Panthers out of the picture. Im quite sure healthy Panthers next year, with cap space to add players, will be a problem in east.
