@TeamYouTube Thank you, but waiting 30/90 days will NOT solve the root cause. The associated channel was ALREADY DELETED, meaning I physically cannot fix its "reused content" status. My current channel is permanently stuck because of this dead link. I really need a human review to help

If this is your first rejection, you can reapply to YPP 30 days after receiving your application decision email. If this isn’t your first rejection, you'll have to wait 90 days from your application decision email to reapply. To confirm when you’re eligible to reapply, you can monitor the Earn page in YouTube Studio
