Our last In-House education session of 2024-2025 at @Aspire_Academy: "All about hamstrings". - Why so many injuries? - Can we minimize risks? - What factors can we control? It's been great to get the whole team on board to debate with different points of view. Keep learning!

After a very condensed and hard season (said by players and coaches) with lots of tournaments and matches, it seems outrageous to me that some teams have to play another NEWLY CREATED competition like the Club World Cup. Players need REST AND RECOVERY now (physical AND mental).
