I saved my recipes from your emails and now I can’t get into them. Please help

I saved a bunch of recipes and I now can’t get into them. I called and 2 people hung up on me. How can I get my saved recipes?

While I’m on it, my Fitbit didn’t work well with my Samsung. Took away all of the apps, especially Starbucks, but quite a few I use to use. Now Fitbit doesn’t work cause they want you to but an Apple Watch. Apple is out of their mind if I buy any of their products
