They reversed this decision because they realized without two guaranteed restarts, it was WAY easier to see the car fucking sucked. Watkins Glen is still the worst race I've ever attended. NASCAR instead heard what they wanted to hear and took the easy way out

NASCAR got rid of stage cautions at road courses in 2023, but there was so much backlash they reverted the change before the season even ended. I wonder if we’d be at a point where there’d be no stage yellows at all if that first experiment had gone better…
