Introducing 𝚑𝚒𝚝-𝚊𝚛𝚎𝚊—a collection of @tailwindcss utility classes for expanding the hit area of interactive elements. Small hit areas are a silent UX killer. One class fixes it. Distributed via @shadcn registry - see link below.

The most powerful option of all is superellipse, which each of the other options is equivalent to a specific value of. In CSS: corner-shape: superellipse(2); In @toolwind/corner-shape: corner-superellipse/2

It doesn't stop with squircles. Our plugin supports all corner-shape values from the css-borders-4 specification, so you can use all of these utilities: corner-square corner-round corner-squircle corner-scoop corner-bevel corner-notch corner-superellipse/CUSTOM_VALUE_HERE 👀

Squircles have finally landed in CSS. With our new @toolwind/corner-shape package, you can add squircles in your @tailwindcss projects as simply as `corner-squircle`. Fully compatible with Tailwind CSS v3 and v4.

@Una That is an answer that people that use tailwind do not understand, otherwise they wouldn't use tailwind in the first place.

But real talk, it would be good to get squircles and other corner shapes in Tailwind anyway for visibility 👀

@Una It doesn't look like corner-shape: squircle has mainstream browser adoption #browser_compatibility" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web…

@aarondfrancis @Una Also nice to be able to mix it with variants like `sm:corner-squircle` …which is totally possible with @toolwind/corner-shape x.com/branmcconnell/…

@nizzyabi Personally, I am pro free tier, but for that to make sense, the free tier would need to be interesting enough to sign up, and paid plans would need to be compelling enough for people to upgrade.

is it a better business move to add a free tier or completely paywall the app?
