For a man who goes to Janan Luwum Day celebrations annually, Kazimba shouldn't have invoked Janan’s name in his speech.
In the end, he came off as saying Janan’s decision to oppose Amin’s dictatorship was a “foolish mistake” he himself is “smart enough” not to make! Not good!
Her name is Happiness. She graduated from the Federal University of Nasarawa State and successfully completed her NYSC service. Sadly, she is now seriously ill and back in her village.
To make matters worse, her grandmother, who had been taking care of her, has also passed away. She is currently going through a very difficult time.
Please, even if it’s just a moment, remember her in your prayers.
I am completely overwhelmed today. My heart is so full, and I can’t stop the tears.
I had my son at just 16 years old, a child raising a child. I was scared, confused, and completely alone after his father rejected and abandoned me because I was pregnant. That moment felt like the end of my world.
But deep down, I knew I had to be strong for my baby. The journey wasn’t easy. There were days we had nothing, days I cried myself to sleep wondering how we would survive and if I was enough.
Still, I kept going. I worked, sacrificed, and gave up so many of my dreams to give my son a chance at life. I carried the weight of both mother and father, refusing to give up on us.
Today, everything makes sense. My son has graduated from the military. 🥹❤️
Watching him strong, disciplined, and brave. I remembered the fearful young mother holding that tiny baby. Now look at him.
My son, you made every pain, tear, and sacrifice worth it. You are everything I prayed for and more. I am so proud of the man you’ve become.
To your father, wherever you are: I did it. I raised him. I stood strong when you walked away. Today, I am reaping the joy of not giving up. 💪
To every single mother: Don’t give up. I know it feels hard, lonely, and unfair. But one day, your sacrifices will speak for you. Your children will make you proud in ways you never imagined. Hold on, keep pushing, and keep believing. God sees every tear and will reward you.
Single mothers, what kept you going when things felt impossible? ❤️

I knew you would start politics in this death case. But yah, this is gona tell us if u actually are a doctor or u just chose to add the title behind your name. Politicking isn’t synonymous with seeking clarity, any doctor would actually know death during an operation can occur and stays shut until the responsible people communicates regarding the same.
@ntvuganda@jnalwooga This is an ordinary man speaking not an ordainedman of God! He should stop going to Wigweng in Mucwini to celebrate Janani Loum a dead man without impact.
WATCH: Archbishop Stephen Kaziimba Mugalu responded to critics urging him to emulate Archbishop Janani Luwum’s bravery in condemning human rights violations, saying he can’t make an impact by getting killed. #NTVNews

This morning at about 9am, I spoke to Hon Hellen Nakimuli (Kalangala Woman MP) regarding a meeting of Opposition MPs that we were planning for tomorrow, and she was coordinating it as Shadow Minister for Information.
At the time, she was literally driving herself to hospital for a surgery which she indicated was not major.
Unfortunately, she has not made it out of theatre. She has died during the procedure.
Kitalo nyo dala!

@norbertmao Mao is a smooth talker, but is too selfish to help anyone else. Don't take him seriously at all. As Owiny Dollo mentioned, AAA continued to support her brother's family. Can Mao tell us with certainty how Oulanyah's family is doing now or since he departed? @ChrisObore1
Today I joined the Prime Minister and other Cabinet colleagues as we responded to issues raised during the National Performance Review Conference 2026. But do you see my name tag?
At the United Nations Headquarters during the #ECOSOCYouthForum, Hon. Balaam and I held strategic engagements with fellow Ministers responsible for Youth in the company of their National Youth Leaders.
We aligned on bold priorities for our generation; skills development, innovation, agribusiness, entrepreneurship, and global exchange opportunities .
The future is promising, we are moving towards formalizing these partnerships through MoUs that will unlock real opportunities for Ugandan youth.
Stay ready. The doors are opening.
