On Russell Martin, but my understanding is that Rangers haven’t completed their discussions with candidates (plural) never mind offered anyone.

There's always room in a team for a veteran presence, especially one who still scores goals and has won big things.
If we're going for a full squad overhaul and a lot of young players, he'd be very good to have for a year (or two, fitness allowing)
