Male and female children are equally important. Value isn’t based on gender.
*Why*:
- *Human dignity*: Every child has the same inherent worth
- *Family/society needs both*: Different strengths, perspectives, and roles — all needed
- *Capabilities*: Intelligence, kindness, leadership, and potential aren’t gender-locked
Preferring one over the other causes real harm: neglect, unequal education, and strained family dynamics.
In short: the “more important” child is the one you’re raising well, regardless of gender.
