We aren't appalled because MAGA isn't out here dancing or partying now that Mueller died. Most have simply said he was a piece of shit for spying on a presidential campaign and moved on. Nor are we re-enacting his death as a form of virtue signaling. If the truth hurts anyone, its because they live in a fantasy world.

It’s not surprising at all what Trump said about Mueller. What’s surprising is that you seem to think Republicans would be shocked or offended by it. We don’t see Mueller the way you do. We sat through that entire investigation and formed our own opinions about how it was handled and what it represented. So no, there’s no outrage here just a completely different perspective. The bigger disconnect is assuming everyone shares your reaction. After nearly a decade of political division, it should be pretty clear by now that people are processing these figures and events through very different lenses. And maybe the Democratic Party, instead of trying to turn Republicans against Trump, should focus on putting forward stronger policy plans. Opposition to everything, including positions you once supported but now reject because Trump is doing them, is not a political platform. It comes across less like leadership and more like a party struggling to define itself while chasing donor dollars. So the question isn’t why we’re not appalled, it’s why you expected us to be in the first place.
