An Bharti Airtel customer got so frustrated with his broadband that he bought a domain and built a website just to mock the company. According to a Reddit user anir0y, his Airtel connection stayed disrupted for nearly 30 days, making his office network running on Airtel’s static IP almost useless. So he bought the domain airtelblack .com and created a website highlighting Airtel complaints. The site quickly went viral on social media. After that, Airtel reportedly contacted him, apologised and refunded the 30-day charges, requesting him to take the site down. He agreed - but with a twist. The website will go offline on 19 June 2026, but if someone submits a genuine Airtel complaint with proof, it will automatically go live again.
