Here's my take: Under the Constitution you have a right to peacefully protest. Under natural law you have a right to open rebellion and the overthrow of oppressive government. If you want to stay under the existing gov, you don't get to burn down buildings or assault people, and should be shot if you try it. If you think the situation is such that open rebellion is necessary, try your luck. You better convince a goodly portion of the populace (and prob a strong majority!) in the validity and importance of your action. What is not tenable, however, is a small minority of revolution-minded shitforbrains engaging in property destruction and violence to cosplay rebellion while demanding all of the legal protections and rights of the existing system. You have to choose. It's one or the other.

The conservative Cato Institute is accusing the Trump admin of carrying out the largest fraud in the history of the immigration system — totaling $1 billion dollars. The scheme allegedly involves taking processing fees from immigrants, then never providing the promised services.
