My husband and friend Bilal Abdul karim is known as the voice of the voiceless. He has spent endless nights trying to help the weak ones and serve justice to the oppressed ones. Even when it became a danger for himself. Alhamduillah over the years he has been in Sham, he got injured, threatened with death, imprisoned but nothing could stop him from standing by the oppressed and bithnillah delivering justice to them ! He left his family and children back in Egypt in order to give an outsider's view into the oppression our Syrian brothers and sisters faced daily under the ruling of the criminal Bashar Al Assad. Today it's with great disappointment that we can't find the same support for my husband from our brothers and sisters. We don't talk about him in the media as much as its needed. Nor have we heard of anyone actively working on attaining his freedom or addressing his case . It is widely known that he would do all within his power to address the oppressed and provide relief to them and their families by any means available to him Alhamdulilah My husband is not the only prisoner in Ahmad Sharaa's prison who have been unjustly held. How many are there that we know of and those we dont know of? Sadly with a heavy heart we say, we can't count them. For what crimes are people such as my husband being held for? For freedom of speech? Isn't that a basic humanitarian right under a democratic state which Syria is ruled by? Or is it about controlling and choosing left and right, who rights are more important than others ? Isn't it strange that the shabiha is been honored amongst us while the Mujahideen and those that fought to serve the Syrian revolution in any way, shape or form are being held in the darkness of solidarity basements in Ahmad Sharaa's prisons? How can we expect victory from Allah swt when our hands keep oppressing muslims under our care in order to please the devil worshipers that's close to Epstein? Isn't that file thats been released enough for a wake up call to our leaders what they dealing with? If they didn't know, they know by now. Do the muslims, Mujahideen and the shuyuk have to pay the price to gain their pleasure? We firmly say no! Our mothers demand their sons to be home this Ramadan! Our children demand their fathers to sit with them at iftar time! Our sisters demand their husbands release!
