ठीक बात है लेकिन क्या कोर्ट अपनी इस टिप्पणी के आधार पर जाँच करेगा? चुनाव के नतीजों को पलट पाएगा? बिहार चुनाव से पहले सुप्रीम कोर्ट में SIR की संवैधानिकता को लेकर चुनौती दी गई थी, जनवरी में ही फैसला सुरक्षित कर लिया गया, फैसले का इंतज़ार है। अच्छा होता कि इतना सब करने के बजाए रिज़ल्ट का प्रिंट आउट निकाल दिया जाता और आयोग ईमेल से विजेता पार्टी को भेज देता। जीत और जीत की वैधानिकता की भी परवाह नहीं है। किसी संस्था को अपनी विश्वसनीयता की चिंता नहीं है. आप सही सवाल करें, उन सवालों का कभी जवाब नहीं आता है।
