So the takeaway I'm getting from Conference is that there's serious theological tension in Church leadership between universalism and exclusivity. Right now, exclusivity is winning hands down, but I believe there's a universalist future on the horizon.

@Dr_M_Tejani We have a woman c MSI-H recurrent (metastatic) PDAC s/p whipple who seems to be progression through IO c no period of response, to our great sadness and frustration.
I have only ever had one other pt c clear MSI-H PDAC, he’s not progressed on IO….over 7 y.

Calling all experts! New diagnosis fit young patient with MSI-H borderline resectable pancreatic cancer. FOLFIRINOX all the way? Any votes for immunotherapy? I have not seen much benefit with immunotherapy in this rare setting.
