@againstgrmrs I'm a Trans Man (AFAB), but even I think 14 is WAY too young. All clinics should keep surgery as an 18+ thing and HRT as a 16+ thing. The dude just became a teenager, buy him a binder or something, sure, but he's too young for top surgery right now!

She will live with chronic nerve pain for the rest of her life. She will live with phantom breast syndrome. She will live the rest of her life knowing her mom could have protected her from irreversible damage, but instead you walked her down a path of life long medical issues.
