In our JV meet on Tuesday at Lincoln High: @tracehamell10 PRs in disc, hitting 130 feet for the first time to place 1st and places 6th in shot put with a season best throw of 40'2.25" Tim Bankole PRs in shot put with a throw of 42'9.25" to place 2nd!

In Columbus on Thursday from a freshman/sophomore meet... Tripp Bahe, @CameronMowitz and @t_ham1510 went 1-2-3 in the boys shot put .

Columbus: In boys discus - @jaydondock16 , @t_ham1510 , and @CameronMowitz went 1-2-5. Jaydon's throw of 148'8" is the best sophomore throw in LSW history.
