@RoyalMailHelp are you now not even answering DMs? Asking when you will deal with backlog at Langley from early December. 14 parcels int tracked to US not scanned once. Angry customers. Polling other @Etsy sellers, so far 20+ of us in same boat. £Thousands lost. Sort it out!
