Actually it wasn’t my idea. The best ideas come from throughout our organization. It’s a key reason why it’s important to keep employees hired and engaged. We have amazing people trying to find new ways to have an impact. Sometimes the best thing I do is get out of the way :)

Stop overthinking. The coronavirus is a test! This test will expose how true we are to our faith! Sadly, we’re failing. Look at the hoarding, the panic buying etc. We’re supposed to want for others what we want for ourselves. We're supposed to be drawing closer to the Almighty!

Whitaker wanted to make it an exciting fight and came forward looking for the KO. Didn’t work out well for him. Most people don’t know shit about fighting. In most people’s eyes, all brawls are good fights. It’s the elite fighter that uses intelligence, tactics and skill.

Everyone makes mistakes. There are no exceptions. The person we’re dealing with may be new to what they are doing, not feeling well, or coping with personal issues & are doing their best to carry on. Giving them the chance to make it right could be the small respite they need!

Don’t argue for the sake of arguing. Some just need to find flaws in everything or disagree just to be disagreeable. The Almighty dislikes such acts. You don’t always need to have the last say & be the smartest person in the room. Choose your battles & have a sense of proportion.

I don’t care what school you went to. What your parents did. What gender you are. What race you are. What class you claim to be. If you want my vote I want you to be competent and show some sense of understanding of the problems we confront and how we might address them.

You don’t have to compromise your convictions to be compassionate. By all means disagree with someone on anything and everything. But don’t hate them. Similarly, just because you love someone, you don’t have to agree with everything they believe or do. Be firm but polite always!
