I've come to understand the importance of establishing boundaries - personally & professionally. I'm amazed at leaders who think it's easier to ignore those who cross the line, disregarding the effect a lack of boundaries has on their organization & the people who work for them.

We will not have school on Tues, Feb. 9. With more precipitation expected at these low temperatures, the safest thing to do is to stay home. We have some "snow" days built into our calendar so we will not have to make up these two days. We will try to be back in school on Wed.
