@GuntherEagleman Californians moved to Nevada, thought $500,000 homes (which were previously $300,000 homes) were cheap and, now, locals can't afford to buy a house.

It's astonishing to watch female politicians and female Supreme Court justices pretend this type of fraud doesn't exist.

@MattGilesBD He's only 18. He made a rookie mistake. But he handled the questions better than some mature adults.

Here is the problem. At least in Vegas, if you immediately move when the light turns green, there is about a 50% chance some asshat running a red light is going to slam into you. So, if you see me sitting for a second or two at a green, you'll know why.
Derrick Evans@DerrickEvans4WV
I get so annoyed by people who just sit there when the light turns green. Sit there for 3-4 seconds then instead of giving it gas, just let off the break and barely move for the next 100 feet. When the light turns green….. GO

@allie__voss I was born in 1965. I still have the soccer ball my dad gave me in 1971. In the '70's and '80's, I played soccer and softball. I won gymnastics trophies. I played street hockey and wall ball with the neighborhood kids. Sports was my life.

It took one week and an AI detection system to flag 70 suspected fraudulent Medicaid providers in Los Angeles. The real question is why the federal government went decades without bothering to look.

@DerrickEvans4WV I live in Vegas. Drivers run full red lights constantly. Locals know to pause for as long as it takes. Too many people have been T-boned to death.

@METAVERZUZ My love of music--not my taste--was influenced by my parents.

@KyleBaileyClub Former athletes are all in pain. Foot pain. Back pain. Knee pain. Modern men have been convinced that dress shoes--even expensive, custom-made dress shoes--are uncomfortable.

I am proud to continue my support of the Gary Sinise Foundation and its mission to honor and serve our nation’s defenders, veterans, first responders and their families.
I will again donate $100 for every strikeout I record during the 2026 season. In an effort to make the most impact possible, I have increased my campaign goal to $150,000. I invite you to join me on my mission to raise money for this amazing cause.
To kick off this campaign, I will personally meet and thank the individual that makes the largest donation between the launch of this campaign and the Pirates home opener on April 3. This individual will be thanked with a batting practice meet and greet and tickets to stay and enjoy a home or away game during the 2026 season.
The meet and greet experience is for a mutually agreeable game date during the 2026 season. In the event that there are multiple donors with tied donation amounts, up to two prizes will be awarded to the first two donors.
Please donate at link in my bio! Thank you for your support and go Pirates!

@newstart_2024 Women should also look for the same qualities in men. And, friends should look for the same qualities in friends. And, parents should raise their children to be this way. It's not strictly a man/woman issue. It's kindness vs. narcissism.

Jordan Peterson on what men should actually look for in a woman:
“You’re looking for generosity and kindness down the hierarchy — how she treats people who are ‘socially inferior’ in that moment, like waiters.
And with previous relationships: Is she capable of any self-analysis, or is it always the guy’s fault?”
He references that Atlantic article about a woman in her late 40s who listed all the “high-quality” men she had rejected.
Not once in the entire piece did she consider that the common denominator might be her.
After the fifth rejection, wouldn’t most people start to wonder?
Apparently not. She was still single.
It’s a raw reminder that character — especially how someone treats those who can’t benefit them — reveals far more than surface-level attraction.
What’s one “down the hierarchy” behavior you’ve seen that was a major green or red flag in dating?
Or have you ever caught yourself (or someone close) avoiding self-reflection in relationships?
