@jenny_scherer22 I don’t want to come off as if I am targeting you, because I can see where you are coming from. Coaches need to promote healthy and sustainable approaches to lifestyle and training. But we can NOT point fingers without due cause. Not only is it unjust, but it harms the message.

@trackboy_kyle I did not pick up on the sarcasm and that’s what really sent me over the edge. I did not mean this as an attack on NAU, I really mean it as a larger message about unsustainable culture of clean eating/no rest/comparison that can & does exist in some team environments.

@jenny_scherer22 That’s inaccurate. I went ahead and rewatched the broadcast to find the conversation and transcribed the relevant sections. If anything, they IMMEDIATELY shut it down and support the practice of eating donuts
