HAPPY MEDAL MONDAY TO ALL THOSE WHO CELEBRATE 🏆 This past weekend was a bi-coastal celebration, as the Hawks brought home NINE PRs in Baltimore at the Sole of the City 10K and Chauncey and Justice ran the Eugene Marathon. Chauncey finished with a time of 4:08:45 - a 1:07:55 PR.

Good luck to all of our Hawks running tomorrow in the Sole of the City 10K! 🏁

HAPPY MEDAL MONDAY TO ALL THOSE WHO CELEBRATE 🏆 This past weekend, we drove down to the District for the Credit Union Cherry Blossom 5K & 10 Mile. The Hawks set 2 new PRs in the 5K, with Mihret clocking 27:47 (8:57min/mi) and Josh with 26:47 (8:38min/mi). #WINTHEDAY 🦅💚

It’s Cherry Blossom Race Week! 🌸 We’ll be at Carver A&T for some track work on Tuesday and Thursday, before heading to D.C. for the Cherry Blossom 5K on Saturday and Ten Mile Run on Sunday!

HAPPY MEDAL MONDAY TO ALL THOSE WHO CELEBRATE 🏆 This past weekend, Josh, Meech, and Justice took their talents to Philadelphia for the Saucony Love Run Philly. Josh (42:29) and Meech (52:12) both ran PRs in the 7K, while Justice also ran a PR in the Half Marathon (1:50:36).
