ali and I have privately talked about a lot of these things a while back, but I'm glad it is all in one video. anyone hiring for any DevRel role or in the future should definitely watch this. I have hope for our industry, but it is going to be rough until we get there. (1/3)

I agree with pretty much everything Ali said in this! I love dev rel (which is why I'm working on tools now to make it easier), and if it's done right, it's *not* career limiting AND it's fulfilling for communities, companies, and the employees. Sadly though, that's pretty rare.
