@DeeEmSteve I didn't, but you can always double check your micros (Cronometer is great for micro tracking) to make sure you're hitting your iron/calcium/etc targets, and I'd also 100% recommend supplementing with B12, even if you're getting it nutritionally from yeast/fortified plant milk

@tracysaur Tracy you fucking pull through 😭 Question: when you switched to more plant based, did you get a hit on recovery and fatigue? I’m not losing power but I just feel more drained atm. Macros are sliiiiightly lower than when I was eating meat constantly but not significantly lower.

yo vegan and plant based lifters, i can't hit my protein macros. can't do beans because partner is very, very sensitive to them (and we eat the same stuff and i'm not cooking two meals fr). any help? (fyi not full plant based yet just trying shit out)

@DeeEmSteve Top with PB2 mixed equal parts with water (another protein godsend) and berries of choice. That recipe makes two servings. Roasted edamame or cooked from frozen tossed with some spices.

@DeeEmSteve Protein powder is nice, smoothies and bake/cook with it such as protein pancakes. My protein pancake recipe is 1 cup flour, 1 tbsp baking powder, dash of salt. Mix. Then 1 cup soy milk + protein powder (I use Ghost vegan PB) mixed in a shaker, add to dry mix with a lil water.
